Circle City Events and Fun Center is a Faith based Family owned Fun Center that provides an exciting experience for any and all occasions! Our massive facility provides 10,000 square feet of entertainment and includes 3 private party rooms. We offer a wide array of entertainment and activities such as bounce houses, slides, obstacle course and last but not least a huge arcade that i'm sure you will love. PARTY POLICY & RESTRICTIONS

  • A 50% deposit is required for all parties (Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other services. Deposits due at the time of booking).
  • Gratuity is not included. Please ensure you tip baristas, host, etc. Please plan accordingly and bring cash to your event to tip your host(s) for their service.
  • If you need to change the date of your party, please give a minimum of 2 weeks notice. A $35 administration fee will be charged for each date change you make for events. Please note: we will do our best to find you an alternative date if your original booking date is no longer suitable, we cannot make guarantees that another suitable date will be available. Any rescheduled parties must be held within 2 months of original deposit payment date, otherwise deposit is forfeited.
  • Party packages may be upgraded but you may not downgrade to a lower party package once your party deposit has been paid.
  • Private Party packages have a max. capacity of 40 guests total. Public area events have a max. capacity of 20 guests total.
  • Please note only parties with completed bookings forms and deposits are guaranteed and are actual bookings with us. Inquiries without deposits are not bookings and non-paid deposit are NOT reservations. We will not allow any birthday party items such as cake, gifts, decorations etc into our facility without a paid party reservation. No exceptions.
  • All parties must be paid for in full prior to party commencing. No exceptions. Failure to pay party balance in full prior to commencement will result in the cancellation of your party. We do not accept checks, you may pay your balance with Visa, Mastercard, etc. or cash.
  • Party packages in public area are strictly for 8 children maximum. If you exceed this number of guests you will be charged a $20 additional table fee plus $10 per additional child.  Public parties must clean up area once party is over but still enjoy the open bounce.
  • For private room packages, you may add additional children for $10 per extra child. Our largest package can accommodate  20 child guests & 20 Adult Guests, additional children will be charged as extra guests. You may NOT exceed 40 total guests in any private room. You will be charged $10 per child if you exceed the 20 child limit, If you know you require more than 40 guests, you should reserve a facility private event as our regular private option is not suitable.
  • Additional room time is not included with parties. All guests must check out of the room at the end of party slot to allow for the next party to enter.
  • Pizza should arrive in 30-45 minutes after party starts.
  • Party start and end strictly at your allocated rental times. If you are late, the time is still the time in and out regardless of arrival time.
  • ALL guests must wear socks regardless of whether they intend to play or not. It may be worth noting this on your invitations. (Socks can be purchased at front desk if need be or bring spares)
  • Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes prior to your party start time, we have a very busy party schedule and will be unable to accommodate you and your guests if you arrive early. Please allow us this time to get your party ready. If you arrive earlier than this for your party, you will not be allowed access to the facility until your allocated party slot begins. Please note we do not open prior to scheduled business hours for party set up.
  • As a courtesy to the next family/party please help your guests leave promptly at the end of your scheduled party. ALL parties last 2 hours. ALL guests must check-out at the end of your party slot.   A staff member may/will provide a 10-15 minute text prior to the end of your reserved time.
  • Please note we DO NOT allow any alcoholic beverages in the facility or parking lot areas. Any items found will be disposed of and removed from the facility.
  • We do NOT permit outside food/beverages within facility for birthday parties with the exception of birthday cake/cupcakes (no ice cream or ice cream cake). This includes water bottles & tumblers!! Staff will ask you to take back to your car.  Please place your additional food orders the week prior to your party.  
  • NO Smash Cake in any carpeted area. Any smash cake in non carpeted area must have something placed under so as to nothing gets all over floor.  An excessive cleaning fee will be applied to invoice.
  • Please note a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to add food to your party order. This is best done during your courtesy call so please be ready with your order the week before. Please note at least 48 hours notice is also required to cancel any food orders with us. Failure to provide this notice will result in food being charged at full price.
  • We do not allow 3rd party vendors such as, but not limited to, balloon artist, mascots, clowns, etc…. All decor is included with your selected package. For themed party options please select package at checkout
  • All guests are REQUIRED to sign waiver online prior to arrival and must show QR Code to staff. We also have one at front desk and at the room. please make sure everyone signs one of them.
  • Please refrain from using piñatas, confetti and silly string within the facility.   
  • Party Decorations may NOT be affixed to any wall, wood, furniture or painted surface by using putty, wire, staples, tape or any material that will harm the finish. You may use command strips or tacks only and they must be discarded after party - There will be a charge for damage if any damage to walls or floors due to misuse. (strictly enforced)  Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee automatically being charged to your credit card.
  • Please DO NOT arrange for deliveries of decorations arrive at our facility before your paid start time. We do not have room to store or hold items as we operate a full party  schedule. We will not be able to accept delivery of any items before your paid rental time. Please plan accordingly avoid disappointment.  We also will not be able to decorate the room with your decorations unless a theme is bought from us specifically.
  • Please note absolutely no face paints. These damage our equipment.
  • No goodie bags with Gum or gooey substance. Please only distribute party favors as guests are leaving the building.
  • No candy or food in any inflatable or set on any games. Please have them to stay at the tables. Please allow your children to eat designated table to eat before they venture out into the play area.
  • Please note any antisocial, aggressive or dangerous behavior may result in you or your guests being asked to leave the facility with no monetary reimbursement
  • A copy of your card details will be kept on file until after your party. At the end of your party you will be charged for any loss or damage of Circle City equipment. ALL breakages must be paid for so please be respectful of the play equipment. Any additional items purchased, additional guests, excess cleaning, or late fees if you fail to end your party at end of allocated paid time slot will be charged to the credit as per our terms and conditions.
  • Party host is responsible for any damage to our property, fixtures, furniture, bounce houses, & arcade games, etc.
    Children must always be attended to by an adult when in the Circle City facility.
  • Party host is responsible for all children who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian in our gift shop, or staff will escort them back to play area.
  • Circle City is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items brought into the facility.
  • No coupons or discounts may be used towards party fees or overages.
  • No "impromptu parties" You may not host your own party during open play hours. No party gifts, banners, décor, cakes, cupcakes, etc. will be allowed in the facility for Open Play time without a pre-paid party reservation. Please do not bring these items for Open Play if you do not have a party reservation as you will not be allowed access to the facility. No exceptions. Party packages are available to purchase 7 days a week.

Important Covid-19 and Health Guidelines for all Parties & Events
  • All guests must sign a play waiver online prior to arriving
  • All guests will be subject to temperature check upon arrival. Anyone exhibiting Covid-19 (or signs of illness) plus any additional family members from same household will not be permitted to enter. Please do not attend parties/events if you are feeling unwell or have been in close proximity to someone who is exhibiting symptoms.
  • Due to strict capacity and attendance restrictions put in place by the County all parties must strictly stay within the allocated attendance set out at the time of reservation. If you reach your allocated number of guests NO additional guests will be permitted entry. Please plan accordingly when sending invitations and only invite the number of people permitted with your selected event.

  • Party reservation deposits are non-refundable.
  • Circle City will be closed if a Level II (two) or Level III (three) weather emergency has been issued for Pickaway County, Ohio.
  • A staff member will notify you by phone if inclement weather is anticipated.
  • In response to current COVID-19 considerations, CC may close or adjust operations without notice. A staff member will contact you as soon as practicable if this situation arises.
  • If you must cancel your party due to a family emergency (death or major injury) or if your party is cancelled due to a weather emergency or COVID-related closure, you may reschedule your party for the next available date.

Please note play time is all day play but if you leave you must pay again upon re-entry. If you are unsure please ask before paying. 

All sales are final, no refunds. No exceptions. Last entry for open play is 30 minutes before closing time. No entries after this time. No same day re-admission. 
Kitchen closes 30 mins before closing time. 

Please note SOCKS are required for ALL jumpers, regardless of your level of participation. This is for the hygiene and safety of all guests.

Please have waivers signed online before arriving or you have to do them in house.  You should receive a QR code for front desk to scan.


Participants should wear clothing appropriate for physical activity including socks, If you do not have socks, staff will provide them for a cost.

Participants should avoid heavy, bulky clothing, embellished clothing (jeans) and jewelry. Any jewelry, glasses and sharp objects will be placed aside during jumping activities, so it's best to just leave them at home.

Our equipment are for 3-12 years of age - no adults 

We have Bounce houses, Arcade games, slides, obstacle course, Red balls, concessions with Hot food and a gift shop!!

Groups/Schools/Field Trips:
Professional organizations, schools etc planning field trips can enjoy our discounted group rate.  Suitable for groups with at least 10 children attending.  Available Mon-Wednesday Only (not in conjunction with any other offer). Please call to speak to a manager about your group visit and cost. ALL groups must arrive together for check-in and have a reservation. We do not offer group discounts or group bookings on weekends due to peak play time and busy party schedule. Weekends are first come, first served for open play. Please note groups visiting with 10 or more children should always pre-book their groups with us prior to arrival to ensure entry and group rate. Group bookings and rates are subject to availability. * General Payment Information: We accept cash, credit and debit cards. We also accept Apple and Google Pay.  Sorry we do not accept checks.  You must present any coupons you wish to use at the time of check-in otherwise discounts do not apply. Coupons cannot be applied to your visit if the payment transaction has already been completed so please come prepared. All purchases and sales are final, no refunds. No exceptions.

  • REMOVE all sharp and pointed objects before entering building.
  • REMOVE shoes, eyeglasses, and jewelry before entering any bounce house.
  • NO food, gum, drinks, pets, or sprays inside units.
  • NO OUTSIDE food or drink in building.
  • NO tumbling, flipping, wrestling, chasing, or piling on others allowed.
  • NO rough play inside inflatables.
  • NO unevenly matched users.
  • DO NOT enter inflatable if you are pregnant or have physical problems.
  • DO NOT play near the entrance/exits.
  • DO NOT jump against, climb, or play near sides or walls.
  • DO NOT slide on the handrail of slides.
  • DO NOT jump down any slide.
  • EXIT immediately if unit begins to lose air.
  • Individuals who may be particularly susceptible to injury from falls, bumps or bouncing should not use the rides. Consult a physician before using rides.
  • Every jumper must have socks worn at all times.
  • Every jumper must have a band.
  • Every Jumper must obey the rules or they will be asked to leave.
  • You must be accompanied by an adult if you are under 16
    •  Ohio Revised Code: 1711.551 “REQUIRES that riders must obey all warning and directions regarding this ride and behave in a manner that will not cause or contribute to injury to themselves or others.  Failure to comply is a misdemeanor.”

We require 50% deposit to reserve a date and time.  If it is not paid at time of booking you WILL lose that spot.  

If you need to cancel or re-schedule, your deposit can be applied to another date to be used within 60 days or will be forfeited.  

We accept major credit cards and cash. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.

There is no refunds on anything in our Gift shop, Bounce or add-on items.
