Basic Information
Party Information
Parties must be scheduled in advance and the full cost of the party must be PAID 3 days prior to arrival.
Party dates are not reserved until payment is received. Deposit is not refundable.
You may order more food online or day of party, let staff know your intentions. We will bring pizza and drinks out 20-30 minutes after you arrive for your party.
Parties are accommodated by reservation ONLY.
Drop-in parties, including meetups of more than 10 people with food, presents, and/or decorations are strictly prohibited.
Parties are reserved for a two (2) hour time block.
The party room will be available for use at the scheduled time.
All guests are REQUIRED to sign waiver online prior to arrival and must show QR Code to staff.
All items, guests, and hosts must be cleared from the Party room by the end of your reserved time.
A staff member will provide a 10-minute warning prior to the end of your reserved time.
You may bring in your own CAKE and CUPCAKES (NO Ice Cream or Ice cream Cakes)
ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ARE ALLOWED. (including water bottles)
Pinatas, Glitter or confetti of any kind is not allowed in any space.
NO Smash Cake in any carpeted area
Smash cake only in non-carpet areas and must have something under to prevent all over floor
Nothing may be affixed to any wall, wood, furniture or painted surface by using putty, wire, tacks, staples, tape or any material that will harm the finish. You may use command strips only
no candy bags with Gum or gooey substance.
Please only distribute party favors as guests are leaving the building.
VENDORS - 3rd party vendors such as magicians and performers mascots, etc ... are not allowed

We have (3) private party rooms - These rooms will accommodate a total of 30/35 people comfortably including both Adults & Kids.
All plates, plastic ware, napkins, cups and party decor are included in each party package.
We also have a public party area you can book that will allow up to 8 kids and 8 adults.
The parties are set at (2) hour limits, however you can still bounce after the party for our daily open bounce but you must clean up all party supplies from area or room.
If you book a private room, there are still public bounce and other parties that may be bouncing at the same time as your party. Whichever plan you choose - please plan your guests accordingly so your room is not overly crowded.
You can Add a Party Theme to your package - Includes Main Tablecloth, Cups, Plates, centerpiece and banner.choose from: Paw Patrol, Minecraft, Gabby Playhouse, Construction, Dinosaur, Barbie, Mickey/Minnie Mouse, or Animals, any other request will be considered.
STAFF will call or email you 3 days prior to your party to go over details, please answer promptly.
Food
Absolutely NO outside food or drink (including water bottles) are allowed in the facility. Please notify your guests before arrival. We will ask them to take items back to cars if they bring anything in.
No candy or food in any inflatable or set on any games. Please have them to stay at the tables.
Please allow your children to eat designated table to eat before they venture out into the play area.

Decorations
Party decorations may be attached to the walls, doors, or ceilings if You use COMMAND strips only in private reserved room. Will impose damage fee for anything else used.

Policies

Party host is responsible for any damage to our property, fixtures, furniture, bounce houses, & arcade games, etc.
Children must always be attended to by an adult when in the Circle City facility.
Children may not enter the CC unaccompanied by an adult.
Party host is responsible for all children who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian in our gift shop, or staff will escort them back to play area.
Circle City is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items brought into the facility.
No coupons or discounts may be used towards party fees or overages.

No climbing, running or throwing of CC property.
The toddler area is strictly for 5 and under.
For health and safety reasons, visitors must wear socks at all times. (We sell Non-slip socks).
Some Inflatables or Games may be down during your party.

There will be a $100 excessive clean fee imposed for clean up outside of standard cleaning.
There will be a charge for damage if any damage to walls or floors due to misuse.

Cancellations
Party reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Circle City will be closed if a Level II (two) or Level III (three) weather emergency has been issued for Pickaway County, Ohio. A staff member will notify you by phone if inclement weather is anticipated.
In response to current COVID-19 considerations, CC may close or adjust operations without notice. A staff member will contact you as soon as practicable if this situation arises.
If you must cancel your party due to a family emergency (death or major injury) or if your party is cancelled due to a weather emergency or COVID-related closure, you may reschedule your party for the next available date.
