FACILITY RESTRICTIONS
Party Information
1. Parties must be scheduled in advance and the full cost of the party must be PAID 3 days prior to arrival.
2. Party dates are not reserved until payment is received. Deposit is not refundable.You may order more food online or day of party, let staff know your intentions.
3. Booked Parties are reserved for a two (2) hour time block. The party room will be available for use at the scheduled time - call ahead if you need to get in earlier and we might be able to accommodate but not guaranteed.
4. We will bring pizza and drinks out 20-30 minutes after you arrive for your party.Parties are accommodated by reservation ONLY.
5. All guests are REQUIRED to sign waiver online prior to arrival and must show QR Code to staff. We also have one at front desk and at the room. please make sure everyone signs one of them.
6. A staff member may/will provide a 10-15 minute warning prior to the end of your reserved time.
7. All items, guests, and hosts must be cleared from the Party room by the end of your reserved time. A $50 FINE WILL BE IMPOSED FOR EVERY 10 MINUTES AFTER REQUIRED TIME OUT.
8. NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ARE PERMITTED IN THE FACILTY INCLUDING WATER BOTTLES. Please let your guests know this restriction or we will upon entering.
9. If you have a booked party - You may bring CAKE/CUPCAKES (NO ICE CREAM CAKES). NO Smash Cake in any carpeted area. Any smash cake must have something placed under so as to no get all over floor. $100 FINE WILL BE APPLIED FOR NON-COMPLIANCE.
10. Nothing else except for #9 are permitted. This includes but not limited to: ice cream, chips, candy, cookies, drinks, pizza, sandwiches, etc….ALL OTHER FOOD AND DRINK!! $100 FINE WILL BE APPLIED FOR NON-COMPLIANCE
11. Party Decorations may NOT be affixed to any wall, wood, furniture or painted surface by using putty, wire, tacks, staples, tape or any material that will harm the finish. You may use command strips only - There will be a charge for damage if any damage to walls or floors due to misuse. (strictly enforced)
12. Pinatas, Glitter or confetti of any kind are not allowed (including inside balloons) in any space (will include excessive cleaning fee).
13. No candy bags with Gum or gooey substance. Please only distribute party favors as guests are leaving the building. No candy or food in any inflatable or set on any games. Please have them to stay at the tables.
Please allow your children to eat designated table to eat before they venture out into the play area.
14. VENDORS - 3rd party vendors such as magicians and performers mascots, etc ... are NOT allowed (strictly enforced)
15. Drop-in parties, including meetups of more than 5 people with food, presents, and/or decorations are strictly prohibited.
16. We have (3) private party rooms - These rooms will accommodate a total of 30/35 people comfortably including both Adults & Kids. All plates, plastic ware, napkins, cups and party decor are included in each party package.
17. We also have a public party area you can book that will allow up to 8 kids and 8 adults. You can purchase ONE extra table for a fee if you have more than expected.
18. The parties are set at (2) hour limits, however you can still bounce after the party for our daily open bounce but you must exit the private room once your time has expired.
19. Public parties must clean up area once party is over but still enjoy the open bounce.
20. If you book a private room, there are still public bounce and other parties that may be bouncing at the same time as your party. Whichever plan you choose - please plan your guests accordingly so your room is not overly crowded.
21. You can Add a Party Theme to your package - Includes Main Tablecloth, Cups, Plates, centerpiece and banner - Call in to ask about the selection.
22. STAFF will email or text you about 24-48 hours prior to your party to go over details, please answer promptly.
23. Party host is responsible for any damage to our property, fixtures, furniture, bounce houses, & arcade games, etc.
24. Children must always be attended to by an adult when in the Circle City facility.
25. Party host is responsible for all children who are not accompanied by a parent or guardian.
26. Children must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian in our gift shop, or staff will escort them back to play area.
27. Circle City is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items brought into the facility.
28. No coupons or discounts may be used towards party fees or overages.
29. For health and safety reasons, everyone must wear socks at all times.
30. Some Inflatables or Games may be down during your party.
Cancellations
Party reservation deposits are non-refundable.Circle City will be closed if a Level II (two) or Level III (three) weather emergency has been issued for Pickaway County, Ohio.
A staff member will notify you by phone if inclement weather is anticipated.In response to current COVID-19 considerations, CC may close or adjust operations without notice. A staff member will contact you as soon as practicable if this situation arises.
If you must cancel your party due to a family emergency (death or major injury) or if your party is cancelled due to a weather emergency or COVID-related closure, you may reschedule your party for the next available date.
